Room 7, compact but ok for price. Area not as run down as google map suggests. Close to stadium for footy fans. 15 mins walk to city centre, beware taxi fares, best to check first. Good breakfast. Clean rooms ,quiet at back overlooking car park, comfy bed, good storage space. Key pad entrance for late night entrance after reception closes.
In response to others comments, the car park entrance is small but I got a Vauxhall Zafira in with no real problem. The car park is not free it costs 3 euros per night. Breakfast is self serve continental at @6.80 if you want full english go elsewhere.

Excellent breakfast. Good choice quality and presentation.
The hotel was in a slightly run down area. The hotel was newly refurbished, clean and comfortable but the room was very small. Alright for an overnight but insufficient facilities for a longer stay. The check times were restricted because of staff availability

Nothing at all.
The hotel does not appear to be manned during the day, and so when it tells you that check-in is not until 17.30 then it means exactly that!! The room we had (room 10) was tiny, with virtually no space to walk around the bed! There was no desk as such, just a small shelf, in addition to 2 tiny bedside tables - that was it! The bathroom was more or less exactly as you would get in a touring caravan - that small! There was a small flat screen tv high up on the wall which had not been tuned into 1 English channel which is pretty poor! It was also unfortunate that there were extensive roadworks going on whilst we were there, and there was no access to the area at the back of the hotel where there were limited spaces for a few cars, and so we had to leave our car in a back street 10 mins walk away, and the area that the hotel is situated is pretty 'tacky' anyway, so I was relieved to see our car in one piece when we went back to it! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and was glad that we were only staying for 1 night whilst passing through on our way back to Le Harve.
